SAAS ( Software As A Service ) - requires luna subscription package which includes: Allocated Bandwidth, Hard Drive Storage, CPU Resources
Other Services Included: Standard feature upgrades, basic email support, one time training, included mail accounts. Database Backups, File Backups - All at current rates.

Important License Information: Annual License includes hosted software updates, patches, server monitoring, and bug fixes. Although the main functionality of the software is user friendly, software training is offered at no charge up on request at Luna's discretion. One 30 minute training session at Luna's facility or over the phone is provided at no charge upon request within 2 weeks of making the software live. Additional user seats are available upon request at current rates. Any additional features or functionality desired will be billed at our normal hourly development rate. We will notify you if a feature or function requested is to be billed prior to starting any work. Not all requests or features can be implemented into this software as it is on a multi-domain hosted solution servicing many clients.
