What's New at Luna? Mass SMS Text

Our platform started out with just a single module, and then we had five, and then ten, and now we are rolling out our newest software module: Mass SMS Text Messaging.  Our parent LunaSoft continues to make tools and Smarter Websites for SMBs.  Similarly to the way our clients currently utilize the Mass Email module, clients are now able to create lists, create their messages (SMS allows for 160 characters), and send out a campaign, all through the Luna Platform. 

The module comes fully loaded with in-depth reporting, including: open rates, link tracking, unsubscribes, and more.  Additionally, similarly to most of our software, it perfectly integrates into many of our other modules, especially the CRM.  Using your contacts in the CRM, you can create your lists.  The platform will also track the interactions between your contacts and your campaign.  Just like with Mass email, credits are purchased and used toward a specific number of recipients, and all results can be traced back to the dollar spend.
